Yes – Smaller hotels, B & B’s need the ability to leave their office from time to time , Front Office System allows the manager to switch the SMS messages facility on so he/she can receive a SMS message every time a booking is made by any of the Last minute sites as well as from his bookandpay button on his/her web site. These bookings are automatically put into the Front Office System, so the manager then know what rooms are remaining . The manager then can safely receive phone bookings while absent from the reception. The hotel manager can even log onto Front Office System using one of the new NextG Telephones or lap top to manage all his/her inventory.

A. Yes - Front Office System creates guest invoices automatically as bookings are entered into the system.
